Shipping and Returns for Hats

When will the hats be shipped?

The hats should ship within 2-3 days of your completed purchase. You will receive a tracking number for your order, which can be used to track the status of the shipment.

IMPORTANT: The hat will be shipped via UPS.

Are refunds and returns accepted?

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any issues, contact: orders@wyseguide.com.

Can international customers purchase the hat?

No, we are only shipping to the United States due to tariff issues.
